This painting is my composition based on two photos from my trip to a mountain village in Crete, Anogia famous for its rugs among many other things.

soft pastels work

This month there are three years since I started my art activity and from all media explored seems that i finally settled for soft pastels.I plan to do work based on portraiture of people and places from the countries visited.My photos will give me inspiration and information on the subject to paint.It was not easy to look for a direction in my art but this is a nice way to begin and this summer I plan to work to putting together at least 12 works for a calendar.
