ready for Christmas?

Try my delicious pork roast with quince. You just stuff the pork loin with green olives, pickled mushrooms, garlic cloves or prunes, pistacchio,dried apricot and roast it to your taste adding slices of quince in the oven dish.It makes one of the most tasty and elegant festive dinners.
