Japanese mask



This is one hour and a half drawing in sepia,sanguine, white chalk on Bristol board green pad 9x12in.The mask belongs to my husband who has a collection of over 40 ethnic masks. This a drawing in a series dedicated to masks.

Cherry's portrait



Her name is Zhang Rui and she is a 21 years old Chinese girl living in Luoyang, China.She worked as a waitress abroad for two years in Malaysia and Singapore and she is fluent in English.They call her Cherry. Her delicate and graceful manners, her intelligence impressed me and we established a nice relationship. Here is her portrait in colored pencils on Bristol board 5x7in, light yellow.It took me 2 hours.Hope you enjoy this as much as I do.

Shaolin Kung Fu video

Almost 2 hours drive from Luoyang, Shaolin Monastery is the first school of martial arts in China with a long tradition and history. This is a page I created with 1 minute video showing a Kung Fu performance.
